1. through 10, we enjoyed our stay at the boutique The Dean Hotel in March 2015, at the time the hotel had opened around 4 to 5 months already and we felt that this particular hotel is well run, good service, superb and individual rooms, especially our Hi Fi Room left a high mark with us, plus we would recommend Sophie's / Restaurant / Bar at the Roof top, a gorgeous space, beautiful views all around, memorable service and setting, plus the food is wonderful at all times we experienced Sophie's so far, all this comes highly recommended from us, the location on Harcourt Street is wonderful too, within easy walking distance to St. Stephen's Green park and shopping centre, Grafton Street, art / culture, more restaurants, other hotels, plus Trinity College and more, it's all possible to explore and more on foot from the unique The Dean Hotel in the heart of Dublin. 1. through 10, just like with all the other meals we enjoyed so far at Sophie's located on the roof top floor of the gorgeous The Dean Hotel in Dublin, Ireland, our breakfast was equally delicious, inviting and memorable for the right reason. The atmosphere changes at Sophie's in the mornings, it's lighter and it's quieter than during lunch / brunch or dinner. Here wakening up at The Dean is a sheer pleasure, from healthy to indulgent offerings, it's worthwhile to eat here while staying at The Dean. Enjoy.

1. through 10,  as part of our stay at The Dean Hotel in Dublin, March 2015 we enjoyed dinner at Sophie's, a beautiful, stylish and "hip" restaurant / roof top terrace / bar at this gorgeous boutique Hotel located on Harcourt Street in the heart of this fascinating city. Here we loved our meals, the setting and the service, every dish was delicious, memorable and of good value / quality. Beside staying at The Dean we highly recommend a meal or several meals at Sophie's. Enjoy.

1. through 10, we love the setting of Sophie's at The Dean Hotel, Dublin, Ireland. During our stay in March 2015 we'd the opportunity to partake in Brunch at Sophie's. We were met with an upscale casual atmosphere and reveled in our surroundings, the people, the food and the service, plus the setting all set Sophie's apart as something "fresh" and "beautiful". We loved the offerings, fairly priced, superb in quality and quantity. A gorgeous balance with being in an "trendy" environment to relax and enjoy every minute of it while staying here as a guest. 1. through 10, the bathroom at our HiFi room at The Dean Hotel was equally designed in a unique style and complemented our room in a beautiful way. From the honey combed floor tiles, the Grafton Barber products in generous dispensers to the huge shower head, good located toilet, good water pressure to the unexpected heated towel rail and the towels themselves, it's good to be here and yes, we would recommend The Dean "experience". It's a beautiful boutique hotel and especially the HiFi room would be ideal for a stay at The Dean in Dublin, Ireland. Enjoy. PS.
