1. through 10, the location is wonderful and central near the BurJuman Metro Station which brought us all over Dubai, plus the hotel itself offers a beautiful architectural ambiance and this includes the exterior and the interior. We enjoyed the design of the atrium, the facade and the overall feeling of staying at a grander 4 star hotel in Dubai as was otherwise expected, now one recommendation would be to slightly upscale the hotel incl. bringing in new / fresher food and beverage concepts plus a modern refreshment of the rooms/suits, otherwise it's a wonderful hotel, having said this the competition in Dubai is growing in the 3/4 star sector, so it would be wise to invest further in quality while being associated with an international recognized name in the heart of one of the world's most fascinating cities. Holiday Inn Bur Dubai - Embassy District, Dubai, United Arab Emirates / 09/2014 : Our Executive Room : Our Bathroom [2]

1. through 10, we enjoyed our Executive Room bathroom during our stay at the Holiday Inn Bur Dubai - Embassy District, Dubai, UAE in September 2014. A medium sized, but well proportioned bathroom with a good bathtub/shower combination, good bathroom amenities, a bidet, the toilet, towels and we had overall a good feel about this bathroom and it was a pleasure to use each morning and evening / before or after exploring Dubai. We liked also that there was a scale and lots of towels too. Enjoy.

Holiday Inn Bur Dubai - Embassy District, Dubai, United Arab Emirates / 09/2014 : Our Executive Room [1]

1. through 15, we stayed at the Holiday Inn Bur Dubai - Embassy District in September 2014, we enjoyed our stay, we booked and received our Executive Room here which incl. a large space with sitting area, breakfast and WIFI. The room itself was of a good standard, slightly "old fashioned" but I guess that's personal in our view. The bed was comfortable, the service was friendly and efficient throughout the hotel and the location near the BurJuman Metro Stop and Shopping Centre couldn't be bettered in our view. Dubai has lots to offer, from shopping, eating/drinking opportunities, the Metro, the skyline, the Marina, Downtown Dubai with the Burj Khalifa and the Fountains and more, here the hotel offers optimum access, but the Holiday Inn Bur Dubai - Embassy District could do better in the food / beverage departments and on what they offer and how they offer it to their guests incl. us. Overall a solid IHG choice in Dubai, we enjoyed our stay here, but we will looking for other hotel opportunities, especially with so many interesting choices in Dubai. Enjoy.

The Facades: The InterContinental Hotel & The Crowne Plaza Hotel Festival City, Dubai, UAE / 09/2014 : [BONUS : LARGE SIZE PHOTOS]

1. through 15, we walked along the [New] Dubai Creek towards Festival City, especially to see by ourselves the facades of the InterContinental Hotel Dubai Festival City and the Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City, what sight, gorgeous exteriors, all two hotels are reached along the Creek Promenade and within 10 minutes walking from the InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City, it feels like a bit of an IHG Town this side of the [New] Dubai Creek. Gorgeous facades, beautiful hotels, stunning design and the Creek as a backdrop and in the late afternoon / early evening we were joined by a memorable sunset too here in Dubai. We stayed at the InterContinental Residence Suites and we're glad to have walked towards the other two IHG managed hotels, since then at the Dubai Marina these hotels especially the IC's have been complimented by the new IC Dubai Marina. Enjoy, as we look forward to visit again Dubai in our future and might stay again with IHG.
