Our Lunch at the Raffles Salon, Raffles Hotel, Dubai, United Arab Emirates / 09/2014 [1]

1. through 15, we enjoyed our lunch at the Raffles Salon, located on the lobby level of the iconic pyramid shaped Raffles Hotel in Dubai, UAE. A beautiful hotel, a beautiful design has enveloped us at the Raffles Salon, from efficient service to our beautiful drinks and meals, it was a superb and memorable lunch. We enjoyed our Tuna Nicoise salad, the Pan Bagnat which was filled with tuna too, our gorgeous juices and the hot chocolates, plus of course our dessert, a refreshing tropical fruit salad with strawberry marshmallows. Highly recommended when in Dubai, UAE. We hope that we will be fortunate enough to stay at the Raffles Hotel, Dubai, UAE in our future. But, even when not staying here, make sure you visit for a tasty bite or drink. Enjoy.

The Facades: The InterContinental Hotel & The Crowne Plaza Hotel Festival City, Dubai, UAE / 09/2014 : [BONUS : LARGE SIZE PHOTOS]

1. through 15, we walked along the [New] Dubai Creek towards Festival City, especially to see by ourselves the facades of the InterContinental Hotel Dubai Festival City and the Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City, what sight, gorgeous exteriors, all two hotels are reached along the Creek Promenade and within 10 minutes walking from the InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City, it feels like a bit of an IHG Town this side of the [New] Dubai Creek. Gorgeous facades, beautiful hotels, stunning design and the Creek as a backdrop and in the late afternoon / early evening we were joined by a memorable sunset too here in Dubai. We stayed at the InterContinental Residence Suites and we're glad to have walked towards the other two IHG managed hotels, since then at the Dubai Marina these hotels especially the IC's have been complimented by the new IC Dubai Marina. Enjoy, as we look forward to visit again Dubai in our future and might stay again with IHG.

1. through 10, we enjoyed our breakfast at Mezza Luna located on the lobby level of the InterContinental Residence Suites Festival City, Dubai, UAE. We received a warm welcome, wonderful service and the food selection and quality are very memorable for the right reasons. Gorgeous juice, coffee, fruits, egg dishes, waffles, smoothies, pancakes and more, very inviting to linger a little bit longer in upscale, yet relaxed and friendly surroundings. Highly recommended when staying at this hotel. Yes, we would look forward to stay at the IC again and eat again at the Mezza Luna in our future. The Facade, Our Impressions: InterContinental Residence Suites Festival City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates / 09/2014 [5]

1. through 10, a beautiful designed building, the Marsa Plaza, the home of the InterContinental Residence Suites Festival City in Dubai, UAE. We loved the pleasing aspect of the exterior, a gorgeous building, beautiful location with the [New] Dubai Creek out front and we could walk along the Creek towards the InterContinental Hotel Festival City Dubai, these two hotels are within easy 10/15 walk from each other or less than 5 minutes via complimentary shuttle bus. The Suites are subtle and beautifully integrated into the Festival City landscape in this part of Dubai, which is also near to the airport making it ideal to stay after or before a flight in comfort. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again in our future. Enjoy.
